Quintessentially Southern

During a family trip in New Orleans, we drove out to see the Whitney Plantation, which is the only plantation museum in Louisiana to specifically focus on slavery. It was an emotional, sorrowful, and highly recommended experience. As we drove back, we stopped to photography this beautiful dirt road shaded by Live Oaks with light peaking through the canopy.
