Gallery, Studio and Life Musings, 29. Five inches of snow in Colorado yesterday?! It’s headed to the Midwest early next week. Yikes! At least it has been sunny.
Guess what? I did get a pottery kiln fired. New serving bowls, mugs, new soap dishes that can be used for jewelry or a spoon rest, vases, and more are available. I got right back into making mode. I am excited to make some new forms with new ideas for decorating them. Back to the drawing board. Encaustics, maybe.
Gallery:
We have new giclees by Michelle Courier. What are gicleees? They are high quality reproduction prints of original paintings printed on canvas or paper. Sarah and I are very excited to have these reproductions available to our clients. We have had it happen too many times when someone loves her paintings but the price is outside of their budget. Christi Dreese has a few limited edition prints too. Over the past couple of weeks, I have shared “Live” events on Facebook featuring pots that are blue, green, and that will make you smile.
Life:
The cold weather has been challenging. Walking Leo twice a day is enough for me. The elliptical has been my “go-to” mode of exercise. Hopefully, next week, bicycling.
