Local First drives Collaboration

When looking to set your business apart and foster the Local First tenants many businesses look for local solutions. Items to sell that didn’t make it to our shores on a container ship. A diverse group of West Michigan business owners have found inventive ways to work together to set their business apart and go that extra mile for their customers.
Blue West Properties, a local real estate company, was searching for that special item that became a keepsake for new homeowners. Meghan Heritage, the principal, searched for that special gift and found it Locally!

As you look at planning for 2015 consider utilizing local artists to create those items that you may include as a gift to a special customer. Or consider packaging items together with custom logo on special bowls, trays or serving dishes.
