On the 6th Day of Christmas – C2C Style

Wood serving bowls and bud vases by Stephen Bowen

Each year, we add new artists in the gallery. In 2018, we added three new wood artists. Each of them use this medium in different ways. Stephen Bowen likes to find local wood in West Michigan, let it dry, and then use a lathe to create serving bowls, containers, and vases. Ed DaNave creates large tables, cutting boards, and more in Holland, Michigan. Thomas Webber finds wood in our creeks and rivers that has interesting erosion allowing him to create unique forms.
