Aldea is proud to source coffees through Aldea Development, our non-profit partner in La Union, Honduras. However, due to certain limitations, Aldea Development is unable to produce a decaf coffee blend at this time. Because of this, we source our decaf coffee through the fair trade specialty coffee market. This coffee is decaffeinated naturally, and is ethically sourced from Colombia through our partnership with Theta Ridge.
