Our Refund and Return Policy:
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Contact us and we’ll take care of it.
Our policy is to refund the full price of the purchase minus shipping and packing fees using the same form of payment. We do require refunds to be requested within 7 days of receipt of item(s).
All returns must be sent back to us within 10 days and in original, unused condition.
- Gift cards
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Estimated Shipping Times and Cost
- We ship within 48 hours Monday through Friday.
- Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped on the next Monday.
- Same-Day Free Local Delivery is available. (Local Delivery is within 30 miles of area code of 49417.)
