Wow!  How has your week gone? I didn’t get into the studio as much as I hoped.  Running the gallery and family life got in the mix.  I did make these vases and am looking forward to seeing them glazed. Do you remember my talking about the Marine City Parking Garages?

I am participating in a December show, The Artist Trail in Grand Haven.  It’s happening the first weekend of December.  It will be fun to invite friends into my studio.  Splitting my time between yardwork, housework, and in the studio today (Sunday) making my hostess sets that are fun for little gifts and small houses.

Sarah and I took a couple of road trips this week to film Julie Devers throwing pots on the potter’s wheel.  She will be our featured artist for November.  Please watch our video when it’s released.  We had fun talking with her and sharing her processes.  Camille will be creating our Artist Talk video to be released on November 6. Then, ran over to Saugatuck to Jeff Blandford’s studio.  He was making, too.  Picked up a few small vases that will make cute small gifts for you.

And then……Sarah wrapped up purchases and we had the excitement of delivering “Joy Drops” around the community.  I am grateful. Take good care, c2.
