What does a chisel and wood block have to do with C2C?

It’s First Friday Gallery Walk tonight.  Always a lot of fun.  Great to see friends of C2C Gallery.  Our exhibit for June is called “Impressions of Place”, by Lee Ann Frame.   Lee Ann is a fine artist who lives in Fruitport and is an instructor at Muskegon Community College.

Lee Ann’s prints have been recognized in international, national and regional juried exhibitions. Her work was accepted into the prestigious, Boston Printmakers Biannual International, International Society of Experimental Artists, The PRINT, Ann Arbor, All State Print, Alma, and Art Prize, to list a few. She is a signature member of the International Society of Experimental Artists, the West Shore Graphic Artists Society, and Lakeland Artists.  Lee Ann has participated in ArtPrize.

Lee Ann’s prints show great craft and technique which is hugely important in making a print.  Intaglio and wood block printmaking are a sensual and tactile media.  Make sure that you stop in to see these prints.  I think you will love them.

Tony Keck will be performing his tap style guitar playing, tonight, from 6 – 8pm.  I am interested in hearing his style of music.
