It’s Vincent VanGogh’s Birthday today

It’s Vincent Van Gogh’s birthday today. Did you know that his brother supported him? In exchange for this care, all of Vincent’s paintings went to his brother, who was an art dealer. Red Vineyard is supposedly the only painting sold while the artist was alive. At the end of his life, Vincent moved to a small town north of Paris and painted feverishly until insanity overtook him. Two days before he died, he wrote: “I feel a failure. That’s it as far as I’m concerned — I feel that this is the destiny that I accept, that will never change.”

It seems to me many highly creative people struggle with how to manage their lives as a “normal” person and follow their internal voice, staying true their passion.
